I personally took piano lessons and reached, though did not complete, Level 6 of the Basic Piano Library series. This book contains music that varies from easily sight-readable to definite practice required. I enjoy the variety and feeling of accomplishment that results from mastering a song after some practice, but I don’t like to spend a lot of time figuring out notes and rhythms, so this book is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to do some practice but not hours and hours for one piece.
